We are working with an industry leading provider of Water Hygiene / Legionella Management services who are now seeking to take on a Water Hygiene Sales Coordinator to join their longstanding team in the South East. You will have extensive experience working in a customer facing sales role, ideally within a legionella management company. You will be supporting and assisting the sales team, preparing quotes, proposals, and reports. For the successful candidate, our client can offer a generous holiday allowance, competitive basic salary, and company incentive scheme.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Wokingham, Crowthorne, Reading, Camberley, Frimley, Fambrough, Fleet, Aldershot, Basingstoke.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working for a Legionella / Water Hygiene Management company.
" Experience working in a sales / customer facing role.
" Keen eye for detail.
" Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face to face.
" Will be IT literate, able to use CRM systems.
" Able to work and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
" Able to prioritise work loas in line with company and client needs.

The Role:
" Working closely with the internal sales team, assisting in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
" Working on internal systems, ensuring to keep the CRM systems up to date and accurate with relevant information.
" Liaising with clients, providing high quality customer service, dealing with any enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
" Providing support to the Operations team, engineers, and accounts to ensure smooth day to day running of jobs.
" Communicating with clients to confirm work to be carried out.
" Organising engineer's schedules, assigning them to projects correctly.
" Ensuring work is being carried out in line with agreed time frames and agreed budgets.
" Attending client sales meetings, discussing and identifying opportunities for growth, development, and upselling.
" Identifying ways to improve systems and processes internally.
" Ensuring work is completed in line with industry relevant regulations and company policies and procedures.
" Maintaining the company's professional image, ensuring to present yourself in a respectable and professional manner.
