Multi-Skilled Operative

Location: Bracknell area

Up to 27 per hour (all-in rate), depending on experience + van + benefits

Stafforce are seeking a pro-active, highly motivated, professional, and friendly?

My client, one of the largest housing providers in the UK, is currently seeking two Multi-Skilled Operatives to complete a wide range of trades tasks to a high standard, focusing on delivering an efficient repair service. You'll be working across Bracknell.

As part of a great team, you'll be responsible for carrying out work and installations at residential properties efficiently and effectively, ensuring all tasks adhere to good building maintenance practices.

We are looking for:

  • Skills & Experience: A City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in a relevant trade and previous experience is essential.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills are a must - you'll be expected to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
  • Proactive Approach: A 'can-do' attitude and a focus on achieving high-quality, right-first-time results.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a team.
  • Flexibility: You will be required to cover out-of-hours callouts on a rota basis, so a clean driving license is essential.

  • Uniform, van (with fuel card), racking, inverter, company tablet & mobile, and PPE provided.
  • You will need to provide your own hand tools and power tools.
