Our client, an established company near Bracknell is currently looking for a dynamic and skilled Technical Operator to join their innovative team near Bracknell on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Technical Operator, you will be an essential part of the assembly line, ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of our advanced and cutting-edge devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining automated equipment for the assembly of cutting-edge devices
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure that all products meet high standards
- Identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the assembly process
- Working closely with engineers and other team members to optimise production and improve processes
Requirements
- Experience in an automated assembly environment, ideally within the manufacturing industry
- A meticulous approach to your work, with a commitment to quality
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
