Juice is delighted to be recruiting a Customer Advisor to join a friendly and close-knit Reservations Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a busy team, taking ownership of a variety of responsibilities whilst providing an exceptional level of service.
DAY TO DAY:
- Responding to a wide range of customer email enquiries.
- Answering incoming calls and confidently handling a variety of queries.
- Processing holiday bookings, both direct and via agents.
- Producing and maintaining an accurate paper trail of all bookings.
- Managing office paperwork, keeping letters stocked, and preparing daily post.
- Archiving files and processing online documentation.
- Negotiating packages and offering discounts when applicable.
- Ensuring strong customer service at all times.
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Proven customer service experience, from a retail, hospitality, events, or office-based role.
- A naturally confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literate, with experience using email and other office software.
- A motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives on delivering exceptional service.
IN RETURN:
- £25,000 per annum.
- Team bonus scheme and paid overtime for weekends worked.
- Be able to work a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday (plus 1-2 weekends per month with time off during the week).
