But it also includes getting your own mentor.They're currently recruiting for an administration manager. This will focus on taking full ownership and responsibility for the delivery of client services,ensuring the highest standards are met and client expectations are exceeded. You'll lead the admin team and work closely with the firm's paraplanners and planners. This comes with a starting salary of up to c£50,000 (but there is some flexibility here).
