The Role!

Working for Care Connection, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of care settings in the area!

This is a temporary role, the shifts are ad hoc covering sickness and holiday for our clients.

This particular service is set on the outskirts of Bradford-on-Avon, close to public transport routs and with the picturesque canal just across town. Here you will be supporting 4 ladies with learning difficulties. This service is set in an ideal location to allow the service users to access the local community and enjoy all the small town has to offer!

You will support each service user in a person-centred way always following support plans, to enable you to give the very best person centred support and help each individual to live as they choose.

You will encourage each individual to be as independent as possible and to develop new skills.

You will understand that each service user has differing needs and you will provide support with all aspects of their daily lives from, morning routines and shopping to assisting with banking, attending appointments and attending clubs and social activities.
