Description
- Oversee the accounting and finance department's daily operations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals.
- Improve and maintain financial systems and processes.
- Consolidating of multi-site accounts
- Support the development of the department budget and manage its implementation.
- Assist in the preparation of the yearly audit.
- Collaborate with other team leaders to promote fiscal responsibility across the company.
Profile
A successful 'Assistant Financial Controller':
- Qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Experience in financial management and leadership within a similar, ideally multi-site industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Proficient in the use of financial software and systems.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
