Financial Controller - Manufacturing - Bradford - Up to 65,000
Are you a seasoned Financial Controller with a passion for making things better, faster, and more efficient? Well, this is a unique Financial Controller opportunity in Bradford for someone who's ready to take charge of a growing manufacturing business's finances and bring everything in-house.
You'll be leading the way in transforming the finance function, moving away from external accountants to build a seamless, in-house operation. You'll have the chance to implement real change, automating processes and tightening up controls to make everything run like clockwork. It's an opportunity to have a genuine impact on the business's future, working closely with senior leadership and being at the heart of decision-making.
We're looking for someone who knows their numbers inside out, can spot a process improvement a mile off, and has a real passion for driving positive change. Ideally, you'll be ACCA or CIMA qualified and have a solid background in finance, particularly within manufacturing. You'll be hands-on, proactive, and able to influence at all levels to bring about change.
