RG Consultancy are working with an excellent client in the public sector who are looking for a Management Accountant to join them on a full time permanent basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is wanting to stay with a company long term and have natural progression into a more senior position.

This role is joining a team of 4 and will report into the Financial Director.

Duties will include:

  • Preparation of the monthly management accounts
  • Prepare and manage all reports for forecasting and budgets for the company
  • Produce financial reports for; budgets, costing, P&L etc.
  • Cash flow management
  • Negotiating on business loans
  • Production of quarterly VAT returns
  • Assist with annual audits
  • Fixed asset register
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support and oversea the accounts teams
  • Other ad-hoc duties
