Description
- Lead the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare and present financial reports and budgets.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance and trends.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Working towards an accounting certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA), or qualified by experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
- Excellent leadership abilities and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Offer
