Support Coordinator - Administration

I am currently looking to recruit a Support Coordinator to work on a utilities company based in Bradford BD6.

Location: Bradford, BD6Hours: 8-4 Mon - FriPay: £12.21ph - 40hrs per weekFully office basedImmediate start availableTemporary contract with chance to go permanent

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Send and respond to all highway requests/communications within specified time requirements
  • Manage all required list edits throughout the day via SAP for outstanding Site Clearances/ Defects etc.
  • Ensure all relevant clearance lines are assigned via SAP to the correct teams and ensure they are aware of those jobs.
  • Work alongside Operational managers and teams to manage and escalate any potential issues, such as sites unable to clear, dangerous sites, etc.
  • Ensure list edits are kept up to date and actioned via queues in a timely manner
  • Join area team calls daily to coordinate area clearances
  • Ensure emails are actioned in a timely manner
  • Delivery to sites
  • TM off hires

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, with excellent planning and time management skills
  • Ability to continually prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
