We are seeking an experienced Administrator for a key client based in Bradford. This role involves a range of administrative duties to support various departments and external customers. The position offers flexible working hours and is ideal for someone with strong organisational and IT skills.
Day-to-day of the role:- Process sales, return, and uplift orders in a timely manner to meet the requirements of external customers, purchasing, production planning, and logistics departments.
- Maintain customer cards to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate, such as company name and address.
- Handle phone calls from customers and field sales staff to provide information, take orders, and assist with enquiries.
- Develop and maintain communications with both internal and external customers.
- Carry out project work or other specific tasks as requested by the Internal Customer Account Manager.
- Proven background in administration.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
