We are seeking an experienced Administrator for a key client based in Bradford. This role involves a range of administrative duties to support various departments and external customers. The position offers flexible working hours and is ideal for someone with strong organisational and IT skills.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process sales, return, and uplift orders in a timely manner to meet the requirements of external customers, purchasing, production planning, and logistics departments.
  • Maintain customer cards to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate, such as company name and address.
  • Handle phone calls from customers and field sales staff to provide information, take orders, and assist with enquiries.
  • Develop and maintain communications with both internal and external customers.
  • Carry out project work or other specific tasks as requested by the Internal Customer Account Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven background in administration.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
