Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor in their field, looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team based in Bradford, BD6.

The successful candidate must be a proactive Administrator with a varied and transferable skillset.

The role

  • Managing administration support for a dedicated Account Manager.
  • Managing enquiries from clients, by phone and email.
  • Admin support with PowerPoints and proposals.
  • Updating data via Excel.
  • Managing data on an internal system.
  • Liaising with suppliers via phone.
  • Monitoring budgets on behalf of the Account Manager.
  • Working knowledge of relevant software, including Excel and CRM.
  • On boarding new clients and developing strong working relationships.
  • Keeping documentation and records of client interactions.
  • Developing surveys and obtaining client information.
  • Establishing a good working relationship with all internal colleagues.

About you

  • Confident and able to speak with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organisation skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. This is a fully office based role.
