Working within a busy, friendly team as Administrator, you will be carrying out a very varied role, duties to include:

  • Assisting with purchasing, raising purchase orders, placing orders and chasing parts with suppliers
  • PDM entry and maintaining records
  • Generating reports for Purchasing and Sales Managers
  • Dealing with any client and supplier queries
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, sales and other departments, being the key link
  • Managing emails and incoming calls
  • Arranging transportation overseas
  • Ensuring documentation is organised for customers and suppliers
  • Putting manuals together
  • Dealing with European and worldwide sales
  • Supporting Technical Design and Estimating
  • Working to deadlines

You will have:

  • Previous experience working within manufacturing / engineering
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines

In addition, you will be enthusiastic, friendly, confident, flexible and adaptable team player with a helpful manner.
