Working within a busy, friendly team as Administrator, you will be carrying out a very varied role, duties to include:
- Assisting with purchasing, raising purchase orders, placing orders and chasing parts with suppliers
- PDM entry and maintaining records
- Generating reports for Purchasing and Sales Managers
- Dealing with any client and supplier queries
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, sales and other departments, being the key link
- Managing emails and incoming calls
- Arranging transportation overseas
- Ensuring documentation is organised for customers and suppliers
- Putting manuals together
- Dealing with European and worldwide sales
- Supporting Technical Design and Estimating
- Working to deadlines
You will have:
- Previous experience working within manufacturing / engineering
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Confident communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
