Support Administrator

I am currently looking to recruit a Support Coordinator to work at a utilities company based in Bradford, BD6.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to all highway requests and communications within specified timeframes.
  • Manage daily list edits via SAP for outstanding site clearances, defects, etc.
  • Assign relevant clearance lines via SAP to the appropriate teams and ensure they are informed of the tasks.
  • Collaborate with operational managers and teams to address and escalate potential issues, such as uncleared or dangerous sites.
  • Keep list edits up to date and actioned promptly via queues.
  • Participate in daily area team calls to coordinate area clearances.
  • Ensure timely action on emails.
  • Oversee deliveries to sites and TM off hires.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated with strong planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail.
