We are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join a well-established property business in Bradford. As the Lettings Administrator, you will manage a portfolio of residential properties, coordinating paperwork for new tenancies and ensuring smooth running of the tenancy process. If you have previous experience in a property / lettings administration role, we would love to hear from you. General Details:
  • Permanent / Full-time
  • £24,000-£26,000 dependent on experience
  • 5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9-5 with half an hour for lunch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with potential tenants and arranging viewings.
  • Preparation of tenancy contracts and agreements.
  • Taking tenants references and collating all required documents.
  • Handling rent queries and chasing unpaid rents.
  • Managing tenancy renewals and rent increases.
  • Liaising with landlords to update them on their properties.
  • Deposit registration and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
  • A background within lettings / property management is essential
  • Good standard of general education – GCSE’s – Grade 4/C and above
  • Good communication skills – both verbally and in writing
  • Well organised and able to prioritise work tasks
  • ARLA / Propertymark qualification would be an advantage (opportunity to gain qualifications)
  • Good IT skills – accustomed to using MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software
