This is an excellent opportunity for a Post Completion Executive to join this well-established law firm in Bradford. You will ensure that all procedures following the completion of a transaction are adhered to.
Duties:
- Submitting registration documents, ensuring all documents are completed correctly
- Handling requisitions raised by the Land Registry
- Updating client and Lenders directly or via the Lender portals
- Dealing with file procedures and undertaking some general administration.
Required Skills:
- A previous understanding of the Conveyancing process is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office.
