- 5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9-5 with half an hour for lunch.

- Preparation of tenancy contracts and agreements.
- Taking tenants references and collating all required documents.
- Handling rent queries and chasing unpaid rents.
- Managing tenancy renewals and rent increases.
- Liaising with landlords to update them on their properties.
- Deposit registration and compliance
- A background within lettings / property management is essential
- Good standard of general education ā GCSEās ā Grade 4/C and above
- Good communication skills ā both verbally and in writing
- Well organised and able to prioritise work tasks
- ARLA / Propertymark qualification would be an advantage (opportunity to gain qualifications)
- Good IT skills ā accustomed to using MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software
