Based just outside Bradford City Centre, this long-standing Manufacturing company is now looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their thriving and friendly team. Having spent time investing in both their premises and staff over the last few years, they are now ready to expand their team based in their newly modernised offices.

This is a full-time role. Part of the position is with the Sales Customer Service department supporting with all the calls that come in from suppliers/customers as well as the order process/administration that comes with this. Another part of the position is the Marketing Sampling. This is working downstairs in their warehouse ensuring all the sample packages are correctly packed into their marketing boxes that go out to customers/suppliers. There is no heavy lifting on this position.

Please note there is an opportunity for hybrid working only after successful training period.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering all inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely manner
  • Support Customers/Suppliers with any requirements or queries
  • To ensure that all documentation is legible, correctly completed and passed to the appropriate section for actioning.
  • To report any system issues to the Help Desk or, for more serious concerns, to Manager/Assistant Manager.
  • To maintain communication with our internal and external customers
  • To continually strive to achieve 100% conformance to requirements, with the ultimate goal of Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • To continually assess own performance against departmental and personal goals.
  • Data input with any personal information on the internal data bases
  • Finding and packaging all samples correctly into the marketing boxes to then be shipped to customers
  • Posting these sample boxes at the end of the day in the postal room

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Previous experience within a Sales Administration position
  • Great communication
  • Fast learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and versatile role
  • Happy to take on the sampling duties to support the Marketing team
  • IT Literate- Outlook, Excel and CRM Systems
