Sales Account Manager Package:

  • Basic salary of £24k
  • Monthly commission on top of this - expected at £6k, but ultimately uncapped
  • Annual bonus scheme on top

Sales Account Manager key responsibilities:

  • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company, its competitor landscape and service offering
  • Manage existing customer accounts - identifying tailored success metrics per customer, identifying new areas for upselling services
  • Generate new business leads and provide exceptional customer satisfaction on a day to day basis
  • Identify and follow up on opportunities from within the CRM system, rekindling dormant accounts
  • Shadow and learn from senior members of the team - as you progress you'll begin to run sales cycles from beginning to end, managing client and prospect meetings independently and more

Sales Account Manager Requirements:

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer satisfaction, service and account management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent problem solving abilities
