ITS Turbochargers are looking for a mechanical technician to join our team under the leadership of the Workshop Technician Manager.
The right candidate's role will be learning to strip and diagnose turbo failure, learn the process of washing and cleaning parts, ability to remove damaged studs, and potentially learning how to use welding and drilling equipment, in preparation for shot blasting and finishing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilites:
-stripping and diagnostics
-shotblasting and finishing turbos to a high standard
-working within a team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-an understanding of mechanical jobs/mechanical background
-being able to use various mechanical tools
-excellent attention to detail and self-motivation
-ability to communicate with others
-be able to follow and understand instructions
-ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
-ability to complete work in required time
-maintain and clean workstation/work environment
-good time keeping

Full training and guidance will be given to the right individual

Working hours:
8.30am - 5pm Monday-Thursday
8.00am - 2pm Friday
