The successful Commissioning Engineer will be involved across the full project lifecycle including inputting on hardware and software design in the initial phases. Typical duties include FAT/SAT plans, installation/commission, troubleshooting, safety compliance, validation and customer support - This will mainly involve Siemens PLC systems used in the offshore and marine sector.
You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will split your time across working remotely and travelling to client sites to perform commissioning activities. This will mostly be within Europe and the UK.
Commissioning Engineer requirements:
- Degree in Engineering Electrical, Electronic, Software (or similar)
- Proven experience working with Machinery & Capital Equipment (or similar)
- Electrical/PLC controls experience Siemens
- Able to travel internationally
