White Label is working with an engineering and manufacturing company in Bradford that require a Design Engineer to join their team.

You would be joining a company that is financially stable and looking to expand further in the next 12 months.

My client operates within the Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, and HVAC sectors and are open to engineers with all ranges of experience as they are happy to train and develop more junior engineers.

Package/Benefits

  • A salary of 30,000-45,000 depending on experience

  • 37.5 hours per week with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week after probation


Responsibilities of the Design Engineer

  • You will be responsible for all the detailed design of a range of equipment such as pipework, vessels, steel fabricated products, and more.
  • Working alongside the Project Engineers to ensure design and project deadlines are hit.
  • Ensuring designs meet industry standards.
  • Utilising 2D and 3D CAD (Inventor and AutoCAD)
  • Design for manufacturing and liaise with the shop floor and production teams.


Experience requirements of the Design Engineer

  • Ideally you will have experience with pipework, pressure vessel or heat exchanger design, or similar. However, this is not essential.
  • Inventor and AutoCAD Experience would be ideal, but my client can consider other CAD package experiences.
