Daily Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects
- Manage projects from concept through to completion
- Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Oversee planning applications, building regulations, and construction details
- Ensure high-quality design standards are maintained throughout all project stages
The Ideal Candidate
- A qualified Architect with at least several years post-Part 3 experience
- Strong front-end design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential
- Experience running residential projects, ideally in the high-end sector
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
