Salary: 38-45,000 DOE
An award-winning architecture studio, renowned for designing exquisite high-end residential and bespoke commercial projects, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic and collaborative team. Daily Responsibilities:
- Work across all RIBA work stages, from design development to completion
- Produce detailed technical drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD & SketchUp
- Ensure projects meet UK Building Regulations and technical standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Assist with planning applications, tender documentation, and on-site coordination
- Maintain high-quality detailing standards and problem-solve technical challenges
The Ideal Candidate:
- A Senior Architectural Technologist with proven experience delivering projects
- Strong technical and detailing skills with a keen eye for precision
- Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and site experience
- Ability to manage projects both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential
