Sales Advisor
- Location: Bradford
- Salary: 22,500 - 24,000
- Bonus: Uncapped (Earn 400 - 500 per month day one in role from existing customers)
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:45am - 4pm
- Contract: Full time, permanent contract

A growing business based in Bradford are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic Customer Service / Sales Agents to join their expanding team.
The role is paying a starting basic salary of 22,500 - 24,000 per annum plus bonus schemes taking your expected overall earnings to be around 28,000 - 30,000. As you will be working with existing customers, you can expect to take home a bonus of 400 - 500 per month straight away.
This role also offers Monday to Friday working hours including a late start / early finish every Friday!

The main duties of the role are:
- Working with existing customers to support them with their order process
- Spotting opportunities to upsell / cross sell additional items to meet their needs
- Informing customers on ongoing promotions offered by the company
- Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information and providing professional customer service
- Ensure every time you interact with a customer you are determined to provide the customer with the best possible experience.
- Have the customer at the heart of everything you do.
To be considered for the role you must possess the following;
- Have experience within a previous customer service focused role (call centre, retail, hospitality etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and telephone manner
- Have basic IT skills
