Customer Account Manager

A growing business based in Bradford are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic Customer Account Managers to join their expanding team.

The role is paying a starting basic salary of £24,000 per annum plus bonus schemes taking your expected overall earnings to be around £28,000 - £30,000. As you will be working with existing customers, you can expect to take home a bonus of £400 - £500 per month straight away.

This role also offers Monday to Friday working hours including a late start / early finish every Friday!

Your duties will include:

  • Represent the company to promote and sell products and services through inbound and outbound calls and emails to existing customers
  • Answering of inbound telephone calls to the sales team and following up leads
  • Develop customer relationships and provide excellent sales service and commercial customer support
  • Customer quotations, price negotiations and understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Open New spending accounts
  • Work closely with other internal business functions to achieve results

To be considered for the role you must possess the following;

  • Have experience within a previous customer service focused role (call centre, retail, hospitality etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and telephone manner
  • Have basic IT skills
