About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team in Bradford. This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining remote working with office-based days. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing invoices, matching, batching, and coding them accurately
- Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Reconciling supplier statements and accounts
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as required
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office)
