Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Leeds
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices.
- Preparing payment runs.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Dealing with supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software packages (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - vlookup, pivot tables etc.
