  • Proposed hours: 5pm to 9.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday. 07.30am – 7.30pm on Sunday with a 60-minute break

The Role

As a Sports and Facilities Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the College’s extended services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the site during community lettings
  • Provide excellent customer service to users of the College facilities
  • Maintain the efficient operation of facilities, addressing any issues as they arise
  • Assist in responding to emergencies affecting the College premises
  • Support the Estates Team with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Set up equipment and prepare spaces for both lettings and College activities
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are met, reporting any concerns

Essential:

Desirable:

  • Experience in an educational environment or building security duties
  • Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, and maintenance procedures
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a First Aid and Pool Plant Operation qualification
  • Possession of a driving licence
