Job Advert: Housing and Hostel Team Leader
Location: Bradford
Hours: 35 hours per week (Flexible)
Salary: 24,500 - 25,000 per Annum
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing and Hostel Team Leader to join our team in Bradford. This role is crucial in supporting vulnerable individuals and ensuring the effective delivery of housing services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Management: Oversee and support a team of Hostel Support Assistants and Support Workers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Support Services: Facilitate the move-on process for residents, providing guidance and assistance to help them achieve independence.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive team environment through training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service provision.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role within a housing or hostel environment.
