Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Estate Services Manager for a Housing Association based in Bradford. This is a permanent position paying £49,751 - £51,001 per annum.
The role:
- Lead a team of coordinators to ensure that successful grounds maintenance & cleaning services are effectively provided
- Provide an aids and adaptations service to meet customers’ needs and to enable customers to continue to remain in their homes for as long as possible
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards
- Monitor and manage budgets related to estate services, ensuring cost-effective operations
What you need:
- Experience of contract management, specifically in relation to grounds maintenance and cleaning services
- To have a good understanding of varying forms and clauses within contractual documents to support effective contract management
- Experience of service charge expenditure, costs recovery opportunities and the budget setting process
