Service Lead

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with an immediate start based on BD8.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Compile and disseminate rotas for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Act as a single point of contact for day-to-day issues affecting staff cover, coordinating rota changes at all levels to ensure minimal impact on care.
  • Manage your own workload, use initiative, communicate effectively, and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Support the rollout of new initiatives/changes, cascade key information, and handle complex enquiries.
  • Assist in the production of regular reports on compliance and procedures, and support the Operations and Business Manager in the delivery of local projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expert user of Microsoft Excel & Word; proficient in SystmOne.
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, focused, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  • Experience in SystmOne rota design and implementation.
  • Experience of collaborative working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
