Service Lead
- Location: Bradford
- Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Job Type: Full Time (37.5hrs) open to part time
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with an immediate start based on BD8.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Compile and disseminate rotas for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Act as a single point of contact for day-to-day issues affecting staff cover, coordinating rota changes at all levels to ensure minimal impact on care.
- Manage your own workload, use initiative, communicate effectively, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Support the rollout of new initiatives/changes, cascade key information, and handle complex enquiries.
- Assist in the production of regular reports on compliance and procedures, and support the Operations and Business Manager in the delivery of local projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel & Word; proficient in SystmOne.
- Self-motivated, highly organised, focused, and results-oriented.
- Ability to analyse data, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Experience in SystmOne rota design and implementation.
- Experience of collaborative working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under high pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
