Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and empathetic Tenant Liaison Officer. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly while creating a positive living experience. You will play a vital role in enhancing tenant satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Conduct regular property visits and inspections to ensure tenants are satisfied with the contractor’s work.
  • Manage tenant complaints, feedback, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with management and install teams to facilitate work alteration and improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and issues in the property management system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within property management or housing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport easily.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A good understanding of tenancy laws and regulations is an advantage.
