Customer Service Administrator
We are currently looking for a highly organised Customer Service Administrator, for a well-established business of 20+years.
Responsibilities for Customer Service Administrator:
- Hadling incoming calls and managing customers requirements accordingly
- Communicate with customers and fellow employees via email in a professional and efficient manner.
- Log notes on system with accurate and relevant information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Desirable but not essential experience;
- Experience within a customer service and administration position essential.
- IT proficient including the use of Microsoft office, Excel, competent with data and spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
