Customer Service Administrator

We are currently looking for a highly organised Customer Service Administrator, for a well-established business of 20+years.


Responsibilities for Customer Service Administrator:

  • Hadling incoming calls and managing customers requirements accordingly
  • Communicate with customers and fellow employees via email in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Log notes on system with accurate and relevant information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail


Desirable but not essential experience;

  • Experience within a customer service and administration position essential.
  • IT proficient including the use of Microsoft office, Excel, competent with data and spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
