Customer Services Administrator - Inbound sales/client enquiries
Full time role - Monday to Friday 845am to 5pm
12.74 per hour - to be reviewed in April
On behalf of Our Client - we are looking for a qualified and experienced Inbound Customer Services administrator to join a stable, busy and productive CS dept.
The role is 50/50 split between genuine inbound sales enquiries from existing B2B clients, these will include ongoing work updates, delivery and installation queries, site and fitting updates etc. This is 100% inbound/telephone and computer/database role. You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven and experienced background in inbound customer services and swift and professional enquiry resolution.
The addition responsibility will be for accurate and efficient labelling and despatch of client sample orders. This will include label printing, managing and basic packing of small envelope sized sample orders, this will be in line with DAILY requirements - and time sensitive postage with couriers/RM.
To be considered for this full time role you MUST have match the following criteria:
Excellent, professional and clear verbal and written English to the highest standards.
Proven experience in Customer services roles - ideally volume inbound telephone calls and enquiries, B2B and GP is vital.
A solid proven background in telephone management and CRM systems.
This a full time permanent role - there will be a 2 interview process, initial pre screening and final interview with immediate start.
