We are actively seeking an Estimator to join an established Fit-Out Contractor based in Bradford due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to work on a wide range of commercial projects providing high-quality bespoke joinery. This is an office-based position primarily however there will be occasional site visits as required.
Joinery Estimator Job Overview- Working for a Fit-out Contractor based in the Bradford area
- Officed based occasional site visits as required (expenses covered)
- Managing and overseeing multiple projects at any one time (2-5 at one time)
- Bench joinery experience and knowledge
- Negotiating prices
- Meeting customers/clients
- Projects typically between £100k and £500k - some bigger projects round the £1m figure

- Full driving license
- Experience in estimating in a similar role
- Strong Excel skills
- Bench joinery knowledge/experience is advantageous
- Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
- 25 Days Holiday - Increasing on service
- Travel Allowance
