The Hurst Group, based in Yorkshire, offers commercial interior solutions, including fit-out, joinery, bespoke doors, tiling, and mechanical and electrical services across the UK. We seek a B2B Marketing Manager with experience in creative and strategic marketing, eager to implement effective content and innovative strategies across channels.

As a key member reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, you will lead marketing efforts to elevate our company divisions with digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and targeted ABM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and management of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social channels and email, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Produce compelling, high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals, engages target audiences, and supports marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with project leads to produce case studies showcasing the company's successes.
  • Oversee the allocation and tracking of the marketing budget.
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts and tailoring marketing efforts to specific customer profiles and needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with regional business development managers and estimating teams, providing them with essential marketing materials.
  • Utilise analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, using insights to refine and improve future marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the production of promotional materials and digital assets, ensuring they are on-brand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Manage the company's multiple websites, including content development and updates.
  • Liaise with external agencies, including creative and photography, to ensure projects are completed to high standards and support the company's marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field, and/or CIM qualification preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic marketing, brand, and ABM.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work well with others.
  • Strong copywriting skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative flair with the ability to generate ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp, WordPress, and familiarity with design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Canva.
  • Own car and full driving licence are essential as some travel will be required.
