Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Industrial sales team with full P&L responsibility to achieve budgeted sales and net profit targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the Industrial sector.
  • Manage and guide the team to meet business goals through strategic planning, goal setting, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Technical teams to enhance product range and market differentiation.
  • Foster team development by coaching and promoting technical and commercial skills for sustainable success.
  • Support broader business activities in alignment with the company's mission and values.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Industrial lubricants sector, with expertise in B2B sales of premium products.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
  • Competent in strategic planning, data analysis, and business growth initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software, with strong numerical and communication skills.
