Job Title: National Sales Manager – Industrial
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the Industrial sales team with full P&L responsibility to achieve budgeted sales and net profit targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the Industrial sector.
- Manage and guide the team to meet business goals through strategic planning, goal setting, and performance measurement.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Technical teams to enhance product range and market differentiation.
- Foster team development by coaching and promoting technical and commercial skills for sustainable success.
- Support broader business activities in alignment with the company's mission and values.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Industrial lubricants sector, with expertise in B2B sales of premium products.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
- Competent in strategic planning, data analysis, and business growth initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software, with strong numerical and communication skills.
