About the Role:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and achieving ambitious performance goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and optimising various online marketing channels, including paid search (PPC), social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
  • Implementing robust tracking and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify key metrics.
  • Analysing data to gain valuable insights into customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
  • Making data-driven optimisations to enhance the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Calculating and reporting on return on investment (ROI) for each marketing channel.
  • Allocating budget effectively across different marketing channels based on performance and ROI.
  • Conducting A/B testing to identify the most effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise results.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of various online marketing channels and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
