About YouWe’re looking for an empathetic listener with a calm, patient demeanour and a knack for cultivating trust with customers. You’ll need a commercial mindset and the drive to deliver exceptional sales results while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

What You’ll DoConnect with Prospects: Leverage your experience to engage with potential homeowners, building trust through meaningful interactions and guiding them towards the benefits of independent living.

Sell Luxury Apartments: Promote a range of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom luxury apartments, including selling off-plan during the pre-launch phase and providing personalised tours as the community develops.

Lead and Support: Share your expertise to coach Sales Consultants, ensuring the team achieves sales targets while instilling a strong sense of teamwork within the community and with our HQ marketing team.

Drive Results: Manage the entire sales journey, from pre-launch to practical completion, ensuring all apartments are sold within the targeted timeframe. You’ll also assist new homeowners in settling into their apartments, providing a seamless transition.
