This role is ideal for someone passionate about scaling brands, building teams, and driving operational excellence in e-commerce and retail.

About the Role:

As COO, you will lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring that the processes, teams, and strategies are fully optimised to deliver growth and exceptional customer experiences. Reporting directly to the Founder, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of the business and taking it to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless delivery across departments.
  • Lead team development, hiring, and fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
  • Drive growth in e-commerce and retail sales, leveraging data-driven marketing strategies and enhancing the direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand the brand's retail footprint and market presence.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for sustainable growth, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market.

What We're Looking For

  • Multiple & Extensive years proven experience scaling a brand and team, ideally in e-commerce, D2C, or retail industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in marketing, sales strategies, retail partnerships, and operational management.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contacts/ Network (UK & International) to leverage/ support the business
  • Experience of taking a brand in to a retail presence
