Location: Bradford
Position: Permanent Level 3 Nursery Practitioners
Hours: Between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Full year round position)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key worker, building strong relationships with children and their families.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development and learning.
- Monitor and record children's progress, sharing updates with parents and carers.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive nursery atmosphere.
- Adhere to safeguarding procedures, ensuring the welfare of all children in your care.
Requirements:
- Must have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent). Health and Social Care qualifications are not considered relevant for this role.
- Previous experience in an early years setting is highly desirable.
- Passionate about children's learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Driving license preferred, but not essential.
