Positions Available: Level 2/3 Practitioners & Room Leads

We are seeking experienced nursery practitioners to join our team, with a range of roles available from Level 2/3 Practitioners to Room Leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children, supporting their growth and development.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive for all children.
- Room Leads: Lead and manage a room, guiding staff and ensuring high standards of care and learning.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (for Practitioner roles).
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
- A genuine passion for children's education and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Room Leads: Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting is preferred.
