Are you a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner with a love for childcare and child development? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children!

Position: Level 3 PractitionerLocation: BD2Working Hours: 30 Hours a Week, Over 3 Days

About the Role:As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the development and learning of children in a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment. You will be involved in planning, observing, and assessing children's progress, while ensuring that every child's individual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and early education for children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote child development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and inform planning.
  • Demonstrate strong safeguarding practices to protect and promote the well-being of children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and parents to ensure a positive, supportive environment.
  • Ensure that all safety and health procedures are followed in the setting.

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in child development and observation techniques.
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to their growth and well-being.
  • Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding practices and child protection policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A caring and positive approach to working with children.
