Job Advertisement: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Full Time)Location: BD2 Area
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant and caring team at our nursery in the BD2 area. Key Responsibilities:
- Take on a Key Worker role, building strong relationships with children and their families, supporting their development, and ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to enhance children's learning and development.
- Safeguard children and promote their wellbeing at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
- Keep accurate records of children's progress and report regularly to parents.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and clean environment at all times.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Key Worker in a nursery setting.
- Valid First Aid qualification.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their learning and development.
- Excellent communication and team-working skills.
- DBS check required (we can assist with this process).
