PSR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading Building Services contractor, providing turnkey solutions for the construction and fit-out sectors. This growing M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead key projects.



Mechanical Project Manager Role:

As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical projects from inception to completion. You will oversee a team of engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, piping) are installed and commissioned safely, on time, and within budget. You'll also ensure the projects meet high-quality standards and adhere to industry regulations.



Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical projects, managing budgets, resources, and schedules.
  • Lead and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, piping).
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and technical drawings.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to project teams, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.


Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the construction or mechanical engineering sectors.
