They work on a wide range of construction projects, including residential, commercial, infrastructure, and regeneration whilst being a leader in sustainable construction practices, with a strong commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join their team, working on fit out projects throughout the Northern regions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that projects stay on track, on time, and meet the high standards.
- Instigating performance metrics and managing change to producing detailed programmes and schedules, you will be the driving force behind the seamless integration of design, procurement, and operations.
- Providing accurate advice on the impact of changes, advising on extensions of time, producing schedules that reflect the complexity and pace of the projects.
- You'll be trusted to monitor the performance of projects through every phase, guiding teams to success and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements
- Juggle complex, fast-paced projects and deliver under pressure without compromising on quality.
- Experience in planning within a fit-out or interiors context, a deep understanding of construction contracts, and a knack for performance measurement techniques like Critical Path Analysis and Earned Value Analysis.
- Familiarity with Asta Power Project is advantageous
- A strong communicator with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels, combining a sharp eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Your commitment to precision and efficiency will make a real difference in delivering seamless projects that exceed client expectations.
