Compliance Fire Officer - West Yorkshire

Resourcing Group are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing organisation based in Yorkshire who are looking for an enthusiastic individual as a Compliance Fire Officer working as part of the Compliance and Facilities Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an organisation who provide affordable homes for people across Yorkshire and to work in a highly focused driven team allowing you to gain further exposure and play a pivotal role.


Your new role as Compliance Fire Officer:

As the Compliance Fire Officer you will delivery a high-quality, cost effective, customer focused service that keeps customers and partners safe in relation to facilities and estates, to meet the Homes Statutory and policy obligations. Managing and delivering compliance programmes, including cyclical checks of fire detection and warning systems, emergency lighting, smoke vents, firefighting equipment, to the highest possible standard and providing high quality support and advice for the team and wider organisation. You will manage and be accountable for the planning, organising and delivery of the Fire Risk Assessment program, manage and be accountable for the planning, organising and delivery of Fire Action as a result of the Fire Risk Assessments.


The Experience & Qualifications Required:

You will possess a strong record in service delivery of compliance and fire safety, qualification in relation to fire safety, good knowledge of compliance and fire safety services and the ability to interpret, analyse and produce relevant management information.
